Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any equipment back to our facility.
Pack with Care
Place the unit in its original factory packaging and double-box it to prevent internal damage or cosmetic scuffs during transit.
Ship the Product
Clearly write your RMA number on the outer shipping label and send the package via a tracked and insured carrier to our Syracuse, New York service center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
